Final Sale:

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you with replacement.

Refunds and Cancellations:

If you change your mind please reach out us immediately. We can only cancel orders before shipment process.

Refunds are processed by banks, as such, it may take upto 15 days .
