Shipping policy

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for replacing or reshipping items sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Return to Sender:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or an unclaimed package, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your order has been shipped, postal delays are out of our control. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work together on a solution.

Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped through USPS and UPS. Transit time between  2- 5  business days.

Processing Time:

Please give us 1-7 business days to process. Once your order shipped you will receive confirmations and tracking to your email.
